Accessibility Information

At The Puzzling World of Professor Kettlestring, we welcome all curious minds, and we’re committed to doing everything we can to make your visit enjoyable, comfortable, and accessible.
Are there flashing lights?
Yes, there are four professional photo spots throughout the attraction that use flashes. These are mostly self-operated.
If you’re sensitive to flashing lights or need assistance, please speak to a member of staff, we’ll be happy to guide you or provide support.
Is there disabled access?
The attraction is all on one level and wheelchair access is available, however:
The accessible entrance into the immersive realms is through the gift shop.
Due to the structure of the building and the design of some exhibits, visitors with mobility needs, especially wheelchair users, may not be able to access all areas.
An accessible toilet is available on-site.
We understand that every visitor is different. Please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions or specific access requirements, we’ll always do our best to accommodate and assist however we can.
When are the quieter times to visit?
For guests who may benefit from a less stimulating environment, such as neurodivergent visitors, our quieter times are typically:
Weekdays (outside of school holidays)
Weekends after 3:30 PM
These times tend to be calmer and more relaxed.
If you're unsure or want help planning your visit, just get in touch we’re here to help.

What People Say...
We visited this place out of curiosity and with a very open mind.
We certainly were not disappointed. The staff throughout were friendly, attentive and entertaining. It may only be a small venue but they have packed a lot of curiosities in with plenty of quirky photo opportunities.
Highly recommend.
