School Visits
Inspire Curiosity Through Hands-On Learning At The Puzzling World of Professor Kettlestring, learning happens through curiosity, exploration and a healthy dose of amazement.
Our immersive, illusion-based attraction offers school groups a hands-on educational experience that brings together science, maths, psychology and creative thinking, all wrapped up in a visit students genuinely enjoy. We also welcome Scouts, Guides and other organised children's groups looking for an engaging and memorable educational experience.
This isn't a passive school trip. Students are encouraged to question what they see, test ideas and explore how the brain interprets the world around us, turning curiosity into real understanding.

Educational Value
Optical illusions are powerful teaching tools. They challenge assumptions, encourage enquiry and help make abstract concepts easier to understand through first-hand experience.
During Their Visit, Students Will:
Explore interactive illusion rooms and exhibits
Learn through hands-on exploration rather than observation alone
Experience a calm, structured environment designed for school groups
Develop discussion, reflection and investigative thinking
Ask questions such as "How does this work?" and "Why did my brain get it wrong?"
Students will naturally develop their understanding of:
Light, reflection, perspective and scale
How the brain processes visual information
Observation, prediction and critical thinking
Scientific enquiry through interactive experiences
The fun comes naturally, but the learning continues long after the visit.
