Planning Your Family Visit
Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult aged 16 or over.
Pushchairs are welcome throughout the attraction. During particularly busy periods, we may ask to store larger pushchair in our Gift Shop to help keep walkways clear and comfortable for everyone.
If you'd rather not take your pushchair around the attraction, we're always happy to store it for you.
Baby changing facilities are available in our accessible toilet near the Head Havoc Parlour.
Our friendly Curators of Curiosity are always happy to help if you need any assistance during your visit.

Accessibility & Comfort
Pregnant visitors are welcome to explore at their own pace, with seating available throughout the attraction and no time limit on your visit.
Some exhibits include moving patterns, optical illusions and mirror effects, which may affect visitors who are sensitive to visual motion.
We're proud to support breastfeeding families. While we don't have a dedicated feeding room, our team will happily recommend a quieter seating area and can provide water whenever needed.
